Bouncing up the pretty apprentice grinned and reared up on her hind legs batting at shadowstars nose. she couldnt help but act like a kit as she was so happy. her bright blue eyes shined with enthusiasim.

Snakestar turned and padded away vanishing into the rushing up mist. he began leaping towards windclan territory.

"Hey Skypaw," she leader grinned, flicking her tail at her shoulder. "Morning Oceanfeather," she nodded. Twitching her nose at his doubtfull look she rolled her eyes. "The whole night I have ben trying to get a stupid Windclanner of out territory. Snakestar actually. She wont budge. Care to show Skypaw some warrior moves? We could use paired fighting if he wont leave. But maybe to angry Shadowclanners will make him hightail it." She nodded to the form of Snakestar as the mist cleared. Seemed he was leaping away. "Seems like he's making a run for in. Better act fast."

The dark tabby rolled his eyes, apparently this leader was ignorant to the way a Medicine Cat lives and is trained. "I will, but it comes last. A Medicine Cat stays out of quarrel and fighting between clans. They know no rivalry." He mewed. He was the mentor, he decided for the most part. He wanted to keep Skypaw's head clear of battle until she was old enough to understand its concsequences. She was also never really going to be battling anyways, just dealing with what came afterward.

Skypaw sniffed the air and tilted her head, her bright blue eyes glittered with confusion "why would we chase after a leader? wouldnt he have wanted to talk to shadowstar?" tilting her black face she sneezed and said "it smells like he was here for less than all night" her whiskers dropped a little.
